Job summary

You'll manage inventory, training, and local marketing initiatives, working flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Right to work in the UK is required and bonus opportunities are available based on performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Organise and deliver regular training sessions for team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
