Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive brand loyalty.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Manage store operations including stock, rotas, and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and store presentation.
• Analyse sales data, monitor trends, and respond to market opportunities.
• Consistently hit and exceed KPIs and commercial targets.
