Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume retail environments and leading large teams.
• Strong commercial track record across sales, profitability and productivity.
• Experience managing significant P&L, payroll and operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, profitability, productivity and commercial KPIs.
• Leading a high-volume operation while maintaining strong customer and brand standards.
• Creating an excellent customer experience and developing talent within the team.
• Leading, coaching and developing a large team and management structure.
• Building a strong talent pipeline and succession plan.
• Managing P&L, payroll and operational costs.
• Driving stock, visual and operational standards.
• Using trading data and customer insight to identify opportunities and take action.
• Leading effectively through peak trading, change and competing priorities.
• Partnering with senior leadership on wider business initiatives.
