Toolstation in Dunfermline is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy branch for 40 hours per week. You will oversee customer service, deliveries, warehouse stock, and daily branch operations, while inspiring a team to achieve excellent results.

• Delivering great service by ensuring your team provides a great customer experience and drives sales.
• Mucking in – checking deliveries, opening/closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning and preparing orders.

• Asking questions and building relationships to support development and future growth.
• Leading from the front, coaching and motivating your team to create a great place to work.
