Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Wardie Road store in Easterhouse. You will lead by example, drive excellent customer service, and ensure store standards and compliance.

You will train staff, manage stock, deliver KPIs including sales and payroll, and maintain accurate cash handling. The role requires strong communication, numeracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience.
• Proven track record in managing small and large teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, numeracy skills and computer knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and create a welcoming store environment for customers.
• Ensure staff are trained in all aspects of their roles and can perform effectively.
• Keep store fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Comply with company policies and apply corrective actions when required.
• Achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets; manage cash preparation per procedures.
