Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Manager Designate for our Drumchapel, Glasgow store. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure staff are trained, and maintain stock, pricing, and merchandising to meet store KPIs.

Two years of retail management experience is desired, with a proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, numeracy, and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• minimum of 2 years retail management experience is desired.
• Proven track record in managing small and large teams
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills essential

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Ensure all staff are trained in their roles and can perform effectively.
• Maintain fully stocked, labelled and well-merchandised store.
• Adhere to company policies and take corrective action where required.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales and payroll targets.
• Co-ordinate cash handling according to procedures.
