Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for our Brentford location. You’ll lead from the front, taking your store to new heights with your experience, resourcefulness and a wonderful team at Riverside, Kew Bridge Road, Brentford.

Key responsibilities include creating the perfect space for customers to enjoy our coffee, driving fresh ideas to meet evolving demand, and owning controllable costs through stock, labour and training. You’ll coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.
