Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead one of our community home stores. You will drive both in-store and online sales, manage donations and collections, and build an inclusive team that delivers excellent service while funding life-saving research.

The role requires flexibility to work across seven days, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota. You will need retail experience, a track record of hitting targets, and the ability to manage budgets and P&L in

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles in retail, hospitality or service industry.
• Experience of leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Understanding of budgets and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance and maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
• Achieve store targets by directing an inclusive, diverse team and upholding BHF values.
• Oversee daily store operations including donations, collections and deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
