Morrisons is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy store in the United Kingdom. You will own the store's performance, lead up to 350 colleagues, and drive a customer-centric shopping experience across Market Street and the core supermarket offer.

You’ll build a strong leadership team, coach on the shop floor, analyse performance data, manage costs, and champion community engagement to keep standards high and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large, fast-paced team within food retail.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop store management teams.
• Strong understanding of store operations, customer service and safety standards.
