Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead a busy store with an entrepreneurial mindset in the UK. You’ll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, driving commercial performance, and building an inclusive, high-performing team.

You will develop talent, lead recruitment and training, and foster community connections while ensuring safe, compliant store operations and a strong store culture aligned with the Morrisons brand.
