Job summary

H&M Group in Kingston, UK, is seeking a Store Manager for our Kingston Kids store. This is a permanent full-time 39 hour position based in the H&M Kingston Kids store. For this position we will require full flexibility, including weekends.

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the entire customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards that align with global strategies and your store’s local context. Acting in line with our values, you’ll drive both your success and the company’s success.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Analyse sales performance, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels.
• Keep informed about your store’s key strengths and areas for growth, while staying aware of competitors and understanding the local market and customer needs
• Recruit, onboard, and develop your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that promotes growth and innovation.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
