Job summary

H&M Watford Store in the Atria shopping Centre is seeking a permanent full-time Store Manager to lead the team and deliver outstanding customer experience through strong operational and visual standards.

You will analyse store performance, set goals, and implement plans to optimise sales, stock, and profits while recruiting and developing colleagues in an inclusive, collaborative culture. This leadership role requires flexibility including weekends, and offers a range of employee benefits.

This is a permanent full-time 39 hour position based in the H&M Watford Store in the Atria shopping Centre. For this position we will require 7 days flexibility, including weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by ensuring excellent operational and visual standards.
