Job summary

CVUK Group in Portsmouth is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead, train and inspire a retail team. You will drive commercial results while delivering consistently high standards of customer service, product knowledge and store presentation.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will coach the team, manage daily service windows, performance KPIs and compliance, and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will set priorities and own your development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales, expense and inventory KPIs.
• Run the daily service window, providing in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
• Hold weekly one-to-ones covering KPIs, service, behaviours, goals and development.
• Train and develop the team, creating a continuous-learning culture.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
• Manage operations, administration, maintenance, Health & Safety and retail compliance.
• Set priorities, delegate effectively and manage short and long-term objectives.
• Communicate key performance issues to the Head of Retail and own your development plan.
