You’ll motivate staff, coach colleagues, manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and ensure a clean, safe store. The role offers hands‑on development, exposure to all store functions, and clear progression pathways.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities required.
• Experience in leading or managing people is preferred.
