Domino's in Goole is seeking a Manager in Training to learn how to run a store, lead a team and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be supported to develop the skills needed to manage operations confidently and effectively.

You will be expected to lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure high standards are consistently met while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Qualificações

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in leading or managing people.
• Motivational and confident in coaching others.
• Able to work at pace and adapt to changing demands.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
