Welcome Break is hiring a Store Manager for a high-volume Chopstix and The Good Breakfast unit at Charnock Richard M6 services, Chorley. You’ll lead your management team daily, ensuring brand standards, food safety and exceptional service for customers on the move.

You’ll coach and develop Managers and Supervisors, own operations, and relentlessly drive performance. This hands-on role offers progression opportunities and a rewarding bonus structure.

Qualificações

• Have management experience in restaurants or catering within a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy leading, coaching and developing managers and supervisors.
• Take pride in delivering great food, great service and high standards.
• Are confident managing performance, compliance and commercial results.
• Are ambitious and keen to progress further in your management career.

Responsabilidades

• Run the units’ operations and oversee brand and food standards, food safety, service, people and performance.
• Work closely with site leadership and develop/ support Assistant Managers and Supervisors; drive strong performance.
• Build great teams, manage standards and results, and grow your leadership career with our support.
