Key responsibilities:

  • Team management: Lead and motivate your sales team, fostering passion for the brand and providing tools for personal development.
  • Sales: Develop sales strategies, achieve commercial KPIs, and maintain a strong brand image throughout the sales process.
  • Customer experience: Attract and build customer loyalty by paying attention to every detail and offering high-quality service.
  • Shop administration: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, and daily reports.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (high level)
  • At least three years of management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to train the team and meet KPI targets
