Key responsibilities:

  • Team management: Lead and inspire your sales team, fostering passion for the brand and providing tools for their development.

  • Customer experience: Attract and build customer loyalty by paying attention to detail and delivering high-quality service.
  • Shop administration: Manage inventories, stock, cash register, and daily reports, ensuring procedures are followed.
  • Fluent English (high level)
  • Minimum three years of management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to train the team and meet KPI targets
