We are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team!

Your main goals are to transmit passion for the brand to the sales team, support daily store operations, work closely with the Store Manager, and drive sales through product knowledge and team management.

Our goal is for every client to share our brand identity and want to return to our stores. We need you to make this happen!

Key responsibilities:

• Team Management: Support the Store Manager in developing the sales team and transmit passion for the brand.
• Sales: Lead the achievement of sales targets and KPIs, motivate the team, and uphold the brand image during sales.
• Customer Experience: Build customer loyalty by providing high-quality service and paying attention to details.
• Shop Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventory management, stock control, cash handling, reporting, and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Motivated, energetic, and a team player with a passion for fashion.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative.
• Experience managing store teams, monitoring sales, and customer service.
