Job summary

Harrys London is a contemporary footwear brand seeking a self-motivated, organised individual to join our London Stores team. In this role you will support all store operations, drive sales, and uphold our high standards of client service.

You will help with visual merchandising, store maintenance, and daily tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures. A footwear retail background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Footwear retail experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Management Team in all tasks necessary to the efficient operation of the store.
• Maximizes personal and store sales by providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensures to comply with company policies, practices & procedures.
• Adheres to security policy, credit card policies and procedures, returns and exchanges, loans, etc.
• Ensures that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed including the maintenance of personal and staff areas of responsibility.
• Communicates stock replenishment needs to Store Manager.
• Complies with all store/company policies and procedures.
• Completes any other task as assigned by management.

In this role, you will be assisting all store operations related matters such as sales, store performance, store maintenance, visual merchandising, and everything else that concerns our daily business always keeping in mid our high standards when it comes to client service.

Responsibilities:
