The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in senior retail management, a passion for fashion, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to work 5 days across 7.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives and KPIs by analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers
• Maintain store conditions and visual merchandising standards
• Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales
• Managing stock levels and stock control decisions
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results
• Recruit, select and train employees
• Coach, counsel, and appraise staff performance
