Yours Clothing is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales at a busy UK location. You will promote the Yours Clothing brand, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain excellent store standards and visual merchandising.

The role requires experience in senior retail management, the ability to exceed sales targets, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment. A full-time position with weekly rotating shifts is offered.

• Proven senior retail management experience in fashion or retail.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives and KPIs by analysing variances and taking corrective actions.
• Identify customer requirements and build rapport with customers and key stakeholders.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
• Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales.
• Manage stock levels and make key stock-control decisions.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store operations by scheduling and supervising staff; monitoring work results.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff; manage performance and coaching.
