Job summary

Jigsaw in Marlow is seeking a warm, passionate Store Manager to lead the team across the Marlow store (and the High Wycombe concession). This full‑time role is 40 hours per week, focusing on exceptional customer service, stock control, and delivering brand standards.

You'll recruit, train and motivate staff, build strong relationships with top customers, and work with the Regional Manager to meet KPIs and drive commercial excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management required.
• Strong customer service attitude.

• Ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Build real connections with the local community and drive events to attract customers.
• Develop relationships with top customers to maintain brand engagement.
• Maintain omnichannel experience across Store, Tablet, One Stock and Click & Collect.
• Recruit, retain and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Lead performance reviews and coach teams to improve skills and motivation.
• Ensure stock control and loss prevention are managed effectively.
• Manage payroll budget to support the sales plan and wages.
• Implement promotions and visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs and identify development areas for store growth.
