Jigsaw is seeking a warm, passionate Store Manager for our Winchester location to lead a full-time team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across-store and online channels.

You will recruit, develop and motivate your team, manage stock and payroll, and drive commercial success in line with Style & Truth values. A background in fashion retail and a flexible attitude to peak periods are essential.

• Lead and motivate store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive local initiatives and events to attract customers and deepen brand engagement.
• Manage stock levels and loss prevention, ensuring accuracy of the stock file.
• Oversee payroll within budget and deliver wages in line with sales.
• Ensure promotions and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
• Analyse store KPIs to identify development areas and improve performance.
• Maintain store standards and comply with operational policies.
