Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores, the retail division of The Scotsman Group, is seeking a Store Manager Designate for Glasgow. You will lead by example, create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, and ensure staff are trained and motivated.

You will keep shelves stocked and merchandised, apply company policies, and drive KPIs such as sales and payroll. A proven track record in retail management and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience.
• Proven track record in managing small and large teams.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Ensure staff under supervision are trained in their role.
• Maintain fully stocked, labelled and well-merchandised stores.
• Comply with company policies and apply corrective action when required.
• Achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
• Ensure cash preparation is completed per procedures.
