Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Store Manager Designate for our Drumchapel store to lead by example, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and driving strong store performance.

You will train staff, ensure stock levels are maintained and merchandised, uphold company policies, and deliver KPIs including sales and payroll while managing cash handling accurately. A proven retail management background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience.
• Proven track record in managing small and large teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, computer literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Ensure staff are trained and able to perform their roles effectively.
• Maintain stock levels, labeling and merchandising.
