Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow is seeking a Store Manager Designate for our Milton, North Glasgow store. You will lead by example, ensure staff are trained, stock is maintained, and processes are followed to hit KPIs, payroll and targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail management experience, a proven ability to lead small and large teams, strong communication, numeracy and computer skills, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience.
• Proven track record in managing small and large teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Ensure staff are fully trained in all duties and follow procedures.
• Keep the store fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Comply with all company policies and apply corrective action where required.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
• Manage cash preparation according to company procedures.
