Job summary

B&Q is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Cwmbran. The role is full-time on-site, 36.75 hours per week, with a base salary up to £55,800 plus bonus, pension and private medical insurance. Training across South Wales stores precedes placement in your own store, with travel within 50 miles of your home. As a B&Q designate manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn about us and our business, typically spending 3-6 months working across a cluster of stores (in South Wales). You’ll experience management training in various store formats before being placed into your own department or store. Due to the nature of this role, there’ll be some flexibility and travel required during your time as a designate, before being placed within a store that matches your experience within 50 miles of where you live.
