Job summary

B&Q Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager who will shape a store that inspires customers and colleagues. You’ll drive ambition to raise performance and service levels and create opportunities for your team to grow.

This permanent, full-time role requires a seasoned retail leader, strong people skills, and adaptability to cover bank holidays, evenings and weekends. You’ll help build an environment where staff feel valued and empowered to share ideas.

You’reflexible enough to cover bank holidays, evenings and weekends too.
