Savers Health Home & Beauty is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Warrington to lead store standards, driving customer service and sales performance. You will travel to a variety of stores to support the network and maintain high standards while building strong teams.

For the right candidate there is a clear progression plan, a generous bonus scheme on top of £34,350 base salary, and benefits including enhanced holiday allowance and health support.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
