Job summary

Savers Health and Beauty is recruiting a Store Manager Designate to lead store teams, uphold standards, and drive sales across our network. You will be accountable for customer service excellence and contributing to local store performance while supporting nearby locations as required.

The role is full-time with a flexible shift pattern, offering a generous bonus scheme and progression opportunities within Savers Health and Beauty. Driving is required to visit multiple stores as needed.

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Must be able to drive.
• Willing to travel to multiple stores.

Employer: Savers.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £35,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
