Job summary

Savers is hiring a Store Manager Designate in the United Kingdom to lead standards, audit processes and deliver outstanding customer service. The role involves travel between a variety of stores and managing a flexible, full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards on the high street, supporting neighbouring stores as needed, and driving sales while putting people first. A generous bonus scheme complements a comprehensive benefits package.

Location: Designate Role – willing to travel to a variety of stores

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £40,000 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
