What you can expect:

• In your role as a Store Manager, you act as an inspirational role model in leading and coaching your team members in achieving KPIs with a drive to deliver excellent customer service.
• Accountable for driving the team to achieve performance targets and KPIs, and defining action plans for short and long-term goals.
• Coaching, developing, and appraising the team.
• Effective recruiting, succession planning, and networking.
• Implementing and maintaining a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
• Driving the use of all available tools, ensuring procedures are followed, and policies are adhered to.
• Building and maintaining awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in a management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills to motivate, train, and develop the team through active management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the business.
• Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
• Experience in networking and building relationships.
