Job summary

Lidl in Glenrothes is seeking a Store Manager to lead on-site operations, motivate your team and deliver excellent customer service while driving KPIs.

This full-time role offers a generous salary (£46,000–£66,000 per annum), 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount and a contributory pension and a fully expensed company car or car allowance.

You will optimise store processes, develop colleagues and help Lidl grow, with strong support for training and career progression.
