Job summary

Lidl in Pinner, ENG, GB seeks a Deputy Store Manager for a full-time on-site role. You’ll lead the store in the Store Manager’s absence, set the example on the shop floor, and guide your team to deliver outstanding service.

You’ll manage stock integrity, check deliveries, monitor KPIs, and support colleagues across shifts while upholding our values and training. You’ll be a calm, confident leader who motivates and develops the team.
