A leading company in the menswear sector is seeking a Store Manager And Corporate B2B Sales Specialist in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in menswear, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive sales and build local networks. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Store Manager And Corporate B2b Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:
Local Networking
● Develop and maintain solid relationships with the local external stakeholders (service providers, shopping center management, etc…) and suggest actions on how to foster the collaboration and negotiate the best conditions and opportunities for our Company’s positioning and business.
● Constantly track current market trends, local retail initiatives and competitors’ actions in the area to help develop the business and shape company’s strategies.
● Actively and constantly provide the Company with information on market trends, using the support of the internal and external network; identify opportunities and potential threats and suggest actions.
● Promote the Company as potential reliable supplier with B2B customers in order to be able to supply custom made and promotional items in the apparel category.
● Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
Business results & Efficiency
· Provide an excellent omnichannel customer service and supervise the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and respect of the required quality standards.
· Regularly analyze all commercial indicators and results, define action plans and take timely actions.
· Constantly supervise CRM activities to ensure they are maximized.
· Ensure and supervise the correct handling of complaints.
· Ensure store activities are efficiently planned and allocated to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
· Constantly analyze the quality of work, of the service offered, as well as the correct application of company procedures.
· Supervise warehouse stock and verify that it is in line with the sales potential of the store, actively communicating with the Merchandising department, in coordination with the Field Coach.
· Constantly keep track of current market trends, local retail initiatives and competitors’ actions to contribute to the store and brand development, sharing them with Field Coaches and the rest of the team.
· Develop and manage a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
· Present and promote a range of corporate items, including branded merchandise and promotional products.
· Conduct product presentations and proposals to decision-makers and procurement teams.
· Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship growth.
· Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, production) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
· Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Area Manager.
Talent Management & Acquisition
● Define quantitative and qualitative targets and ensure their achievement through continuous analysis of the results, periodic monitoring of the activities, semestral performance evaluation assessments, as well as the definition of development or correction plans for each team member.
● Organize periodical staff meetings in order to share with the team the store's business results and obtain feedback from salespeople to increase commercial performance, as well as to align the team on the goals and define priorities and actions to be taken.
● Motivate and inspire the team, encouraging everyone to work together to achieve better results.
● Work with each team member to contribute to their professional growth by providing constant coaching, stimulating them and ensuring high levels of motivation.
● Fully coordinate the in-store integration of newly hired employees ensuring a correct and effective onboarding process.
● Supervise and enhance all training processes of the entire sales team; collaborate with the Academy to propose and promote customized training interventions based on the needs of the teams.
● Actively participate in the recruitment and search of sales teams, anticipating needs; actively promote the company Referral program with the aim of maximizing team networks and ensuring the correct staffing levels.
● Actively contribute to the definition and maximization of vacation plans, taking into account the business needs and guaranteeing high levels of efficiency.
● Manage internal conflicts within the team with the guidance and support of HR.
● Contribute to the creation of a corporate culture based on collaboration, trust and a sense of belonging to the brand.
You are the perfect match for us if you:
Have at least 5 years of proven experience in a Menswear brand as a Store Manager.
Strong knowledge of Menswear product.
Ability to build a network locally.
Are a natural seller, always highly motivated to achieve targets (KPIs)
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as ability to build a relationship with clients
Are flexible to work on weekend
Are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Are fluent in local language, other languages are more than welcome
