Job summary

Gravity Recruit is helping a well-known UK brand recruit a Flagship Store Manager for a large Liverpool store. You will own a store plan, deliver safe, legal and high-performing operations, and drive exceptional customer experience.

You will lead a big team, push commercial performance across KPIs, and develop your people through succession planning. The role offers up to £40k salary plus OTE and benefits, with strong progression opportunities.

• Previous Store Management experience within a fast-paced retail operation with large teams and big footprint.
• Able to demonstrate commercial awareness and business planning skills.
