Holland & Barrett Ringwood is seeking a Store Manager at Furlong Shopping Centre to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive commercial performance, oversee stock, merchandising, health and safety, and champion the use of technology to enhance operations. We offer a permanent role with 38.75 hours per week and up to £31,900 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a monthly bonus and wellbeing schemes.

Salary: Up to £31,900 per annum (depending on experience)

What you'll be doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
