Savers is recruiting a Store Manager for our Workington branch. This full-time role involves leading daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for standards, audits, and team mentorship in a busy high-street environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a high-street store team.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain high standards across the store and audit processes.
• Lead and develop the store team to achieve targets and excellent customer service.
• Engage with the local community to promote the Savers brand.

Location: Workington

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
