Day to day, you’ll be leading your team to deliver both individual and collective objectives, including driving revenue and providing excellent customer experiences. You’ll communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a clear strategy and support for your store. You will foster a high-performance culture focused on financial and behavioral KPIs, while capitalizing on new retail opportunities.

As our Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Bringing fresh ideas and building strong relationships with customers and the community will be key to building loyalty among first-time visitors.
