Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group in Watford is hiring a Store Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer service and help the store reach its goals. You’ll manage daily operations, drive sales, and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding experiences on the shop floor.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll run the store, lead the team and make sure every customer has a great experience. Each week you’ll:

• Develop your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed store targets
• Oversee daily store operations including deliveries, cash handling and compliance checks
• Maintain high visual standards to create an inspiring and easy-to-navigate customer journey
• Monitor your stores performance and take smart, timely actions to drive results
• Recruit, train and develop team members to set them up for success
• Collaborate with senior leaders and other teams to help shape the store’s growth
