Southern Co-op is looking for a Store Manager to take full ownership of a busy community store and lead an incredible team. You’ll drive performance, create a space where people thrive, and accelerate your career through our fast-track management training programme.

Qualifications

• Management experience in food retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a sharp eye for business planning.
• Confident communicator who can influence and inspire at every level.
• Personal Licence Holder—or willing to obtain one within 16 weeks.
• Growth mindset with a drive to develop and improve.
• Full UK Driving Licence is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
