Job summary

Southern Co-Op in Exeter is seeking a Store Manager to own the store, drive performance, and lead an incredible team. You’ll create a space where people thrive and grow within a fast-paced convenience food setting.

The role offers a fast-track management training programme and a commitment to community: you’ll connect with local groups, coach future leaders, and deliver outstanding customer service every day.

Qualifications

• Management experience in food retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a sharp eye for business planning.
• A passion for delivering standout customer service.
• Confident communicator who can influence and inspire at every level.
• Personal Licence Holder—or willing to get one within 16 weeks

What you'll need…
