Job summary

Southern Co-op in the south of England is seeking an Store Manager to own a busy store, drive performance, and lead an incredible team to deliver outstanding service in local communities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced food retail or similar environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to plan and execute store goals.
• Commitment to delivering standout customer service.
• Confident communicator who can influence at all levels.
• Personal Licence Holder or willingness to obtain one within 16 weeks.

Responsibilities

What you'll need…

• Personal Licence Holder—or willing to get one within 16 weeks
• A growth mindset with a drive to develop and improve
• A full UK Driving Licence is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
