Job summary

Southern Co-op in England is seeking a Store Manager to take full ownership of the store, drive performance, and lead an incredible team. You’ll cultivate a space where people thrive and leverage our fast-track management training to accelerate your career.

This role rewards initiative with a strong focus on community engagement, commercial growth, and delivering standout customer service across our convenience stores and related operations.

Qualifications

• Management experience in food retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a sharp eye for business planning.
• A passion for delivering standout customer service.
• Confident communicator who can influence and inspire at every level.
• Personal Licence Holder—or willing to get one within 16 weeks.
• Growth mindset with a drive to develop and improve.
• A full UK Driving Licence is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
