Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for kitchenware? ProCook, the UK's fastest growing kitchenware retailer, is seeking a talented Store Manager for our new Store opening in the Cotswold Designer Outlet.

This is a new store opening in Cotswold Designer Outlet Tewkesbury in July 2025.

Your Role:

As Store Manager, you will create an engaging customer environment and lead your team to deliver exceptional service. You will ensure smooth store operations, drive sales, and promote the ProCook brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a customer-first environment encouraging excellent service
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Supervise daily store operations to meet sales targets
• Manage inventory and visual merchandising standards
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop teams
• Excellent customer service skills and passion for kitchenware
• Proficiency in sales analysis and inventory management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
