Key Responsibilities

  2. Ownership of sales and profit: Drive results, manage costs, payroll, sales KPIs, and overall financial performance.
  3. Deliver outstanding customer service: Demonstrate exemplary behaviors to ensure customer satisfaction.

  5. Foster teamwork and accountability: Create a supportive, productive, and inclusive environment.
  6. Policy adherence: Ensure policies and procedures related to security, health & safety, stock management are understood and followed.
  7. Innovate customer engagement: Develop creative methods to boost loyalty and promote the brand locally.
  8. Store operations: Oversee stock placement, store management, and change initiatives, engaging your team in new ways of working.
  9. Create memorable customer experiences: Provide authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.

  • Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet KPIs
  • Adaptability and flexibility in working hours
