Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Swindon is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure standards and audits are followed, and drive community engagement on the high street.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in leading a team to success. We offer a generous bonus scheme and wide progression opportunities.

£34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
