This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take full ownership of a high-performing store, leading a motivated team while driving commercial performance, customer experience and operational excellence.

You’ll play a key role in delivering sales growth, developing talent and creating an engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.

The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, ensuring high standards of customer service, team engagement and operational compliance.

• Ability to coach, develop and inspire others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hair, beauty or cosmetics industry experience.
