Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a retailer that is expanding and opening more stores. We seek a Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their store, and will drive service standards.

Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential. Backgrounds in food retail, convenience retail, or supermarkets are advantageous. We welcome applications from Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, or those aiming to develop into a Store Manager role for the first time.

The successful Store Manager will be a hands-on, shop-floor based, commercial, and result-oriented retail manager with a passion for coaching and developing teams, and delivering world-class customer service.

Own transport to travel between stores is preferred, given the high number of locations and store trading hours.

Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

• People management and development experience
• Foster a positive team culture and working environment
• Drive customer service standards
• Increase sales and ensure store profitability
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Maintain company and brand standards, including H&S guidelines
• Achieve store and company KPIs
• Profit protection and stock management
